Service Description
Pilates is a mind-body exercise system designed to optimize physical fitness in people at every level of physical ability. Pilates builds core strength and stability; improves posture and alignment; increases flexibility, balance and coordination; improves muscular balance and strength; increases muscular endurance and tone; and relieves stress and back pain. While all you need to practice is a mat, we create variety and challenge by using the following props: a light or medium resistance FlexBand; a pair of weighted Toning Balls (1-3 lb.); a mini FlexBall (6"); and a Fitness Circle. Booking for online classes closes 2 hours before the class start time. You may cancel your booking for online classes up to 2 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations will be charged as a used session.
